At Perch Pets, we genuinely care about your experience with every order you place. If something isn't working out, we want to make sure the return process is as clear and simple as possible. Please take a few moments to read through the details below before reaching out to our team.
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request. We are unable to accept returns after this window has closed, so please get in touch with us right away if you have any concerns about your order.
We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products. To qualify, items must be completely new, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included. We only process returns on new items — any item that has been opened, used, or is missing its original packaging may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to arrange and pay for your own return postage using a trackable carrier of your choice. Please note that your original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
To get the process started, send us an email at support@perchpets.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and follow up with a return authorization along with clear instructions on where and how to send your item back. Once you've received your authorization, please pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable service.
Once your returned item arrives, we'll carry out an inspection to confirm it meets our return criteria. If everything checks out, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may take a little additional time to reflect the amount on your statement.

Certain products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. Any item that falls into this category will be clearly identified as non-returnable in its product listing before you complete your purchase.
